Dress Code

Attendees may wear the formal attire of their choosing, whether it be a tuxedo, (including, tails, formal kilt, or military formal dress), or a full-length gown (touching the top of the shoe in at least one point) regardless of gender identity. 

Pantsuits, business suits, cocktail length dresses, and the like, are not permitted. 

Crowns may be worn by the current and past reigning Kings and Queens of Apollo – Birmingham, current reigning Kings and Queens of visiting Krewes, and the current reigning Miss Apollo – Birmingham and Miss National Apollo. 

Crowns may not be worn by other guests during the Bal Masque.
